The Gavril Grand Marshal is a full-size four-door, body-on-frame American sedan with styling influenced by vehicles from the 1990s, which production ran from 1990-1996. Its design is similar to the Ford Crown Victoria and the 1991 Chevrolet Caprice. It is manufactured by fictional car maker Gavril.

Characteristics
The Grand Marshal is equipped with a 4.5L V8 engine and a 75L fuel tank by default. It also has the option of a 5.5L V8 with Stock, Stage 1, Stage 2 or Stage 3 tuning as of 0.6. The stock 4.5L V8 engine, shared with the D-Series, H-Series and Roamer, produces 214 HP at 5200 RPM. The stock Grand Marshal weighs about 4012.09lbs or 1820kg.
The Grand Marshal handles like a typical full-sized sedan. The handling is smooth but slightly unresponsive, and the soft suspension of the default package makes for a comfortable ride at the expense of sluggish handling. The vehicle's ground clearance is also rather low, with anything more than a minor bump having the potential to catch the bumpers, resulting in damage to the vehicle. The initial acceleration of the vehicle is slow, but the V8 engine is potent, offering relatively high top speeds. The vehicle also has average levels of crash safety, with the chassis remaining relatively rigid during impacts to keep the general shape of the car, but with plenty of crumple zones to allow absorption of an impact.
Overview of models
The Police Package includes steel wheels, a front push bar, limited-slip differential, and a stiffer front sway bar, upping the weight to 1900kg. It also features the 5.5-liter V8 with about 25 more horsepower. It has some basic police decals on the side, a lightbar, a spotlight and a antennae. In the future, it will have and other police equipment in a marked version.
The Belasco City Police Package Has identical engine and wheels to the normal police package but has a led light bar and Belasco police decals.
The Unmarked Police Package is identical to the Police Package, but it is missing police decals and it has concealed red and blue leds under the front push-bar.
The Sport configuration equips the car with a harder, sportier suspension setup, sport steering, limited-slip differential, and sport 17" alloy wheels. It also features the 5.5-liter V8.
The Custom configuration takes the Sport and adds nearly 200 horsepower with Stage 2 engine tuning, plus a custom racing steering wheel, custom 18" alloy wheels, and the 5-speed manual transmission from the D-Series.
The Drift Missile configuration features steel wheels, removed body panels, a drift steering rack, Stage 2 engine tuning, 5-speed manual, and a welded differential. This reduced weight and increased power makes it difficult to transfer the power to the ground.
The Luxe configuration adds special wheels and chrome trim to the standard V8 to give it a classier appearance. The changes are superficial as there are no mechanical changes.
