The Industrial Site is an industrial-themed racing map in BeamNG.drive. The level is a coastal area featuring an industrial area, several small race tracks, and fields to roam in. It was first released in version 0.3.0.
It has four racetracks, including a mixed-surface rally track where the player spawns.
During its early years of development, the Site had a port section on the south section of the map. It was soon replaced with a land-based industrial area after the Port was separated into its own map.

The map has five spawnpoints.
- Rallycross Course (current default)
- Drift Course
- Racetrack (former default)
- Open Industrial Area
- Western Industrial Area
There is another track on the map, an offroad dirt and mud course, which does not have its own spawn point.
